Company Overview

Latis Scientific Ltd established in 2010 originally trading as Oakland Calvert Consultancy established in 1989, is an integrated consultancy of analytical chemists, microbiologists and building services engineers, which specialise predominantly in aspects relating to water services where scientific and engineering disciplines interact. The consultancy services are supported by inhouse laboratory facilities. Latis Scientific Ltd was acquired Suez Environment in September 2014 and now operates as a subsidiary of Suez Environment. The services we offer are as follows: Risk Assessment, Hot & Cold Monitoring and Inspection Services, Cleaning and Disinfection Services, an Independent Consultancy Service, Training Services and Analytical Services. Services will not be supplied with regards to legionella control that fall outside of this scope of our accreditation.

 

Latis Scientific agrees to provide services to its Clients in accordance with ‘The Recommended Code of Conduct for Service Providers’, administered by the LCA and endorsed by the British Association for Chemical Specialities and the Water Management Society.

 

Latis Scientific agree to supply services that comply with the standards set out in the LCA standards of service Delivery. This is achieved through detailed quotations which specify what work is to be undertaken and what works fall outside of the scope of the contractual agreement. Continuous improvement of staff with routine training and reviewing of competences of assigned tasks. Routine quality checks such as scheduled reviews of contracts and control procedures on site and secondary checks of all risk assessments, all of which are carried out by senior members of staff.
