WCS SERVICES Ltd (previously Suez) provides Water Management Health and Safety Planning Services to ensure the safe operation of domestic use water hot and cold-water systems.

WCS Services Ltd operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The scope of activities covered by the ISO 9001 accreditation is ‘The provision of domestic use water system Health and Safety Surveys and risk assessments in domestic, industrial and commercial properties with particular reference to legionella bacteria, including the recommendation and implementation of control schemes and remedial works.

  • WCS Services Ltd provides Legionella Risk Assessment survey reports in compliance with L8 and BS8580
  • Consultancy Services health and safety planning in compliance with the requirements of L8 and HSG274
  • Hot and cold-water monitoring and inspection services
  • Recording of appropriate records of hot and cold-water systems
  • Water sampling and analysis by UKAS Laboratory   
  • Cleaning and disinfection of the water systems
  • Water systems upgrading to ensure compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999
