How to become a member

If you are a provider of products or services relating to legionella control, contact us via our website or at the address below for an application pack. You will then need to submit:

  • Registration Form & Payment
  • Statement of Compliance
  • Areas of Interest Form
  • Internal Audit
  • Training Procedure
  • Training Record
  • Competence Procedure
  • Competence Record

Once this has been accepted you will be visited by one of our assessors to audit your Statement of Compliance. If all goes well, you will receive your Certificate of Registration for the first year of membership. For the life of your membership you will need to satisfy the annual re-registration criteria, and you will receive periodic audit visits from our team of assessors to ensure your standards remain high.
