Sean started his career in Industrial Water Treatment in 1988 at Houseman (Burnham) Limited based in the North-West of England. As a field-based service/sales engineer, he specialised in the chemical treatment of steam boilers, evaporative cooling towers and closed heating/chilled systems. At this time in the late 1980’s, Houseman Ltd were expanding rapidly into the Environmental Services marketplace, predominantly Legionella Control and became one of the market leaders in their field, with staff training and quality service firmly at the core of their success.
Having 35 years’ experience in the application of Water Treatment & Legionella Control programmes plus the experience of running an independent consultancy for the last 8 years, Sean is well placed to understand the operational procedures, processes and standards required to ensure compliance with current legislative guidelines.
Extensive experience over the past 8 years as an Authorising Engineer for Water within the NHS, including regular audit delivery.
