Registration will be for one year only and will be renewable on July 1st annually, on payment of the appropriate fee and satisfactory completion of any re-registration requirements.

Service Providers are required to supply copies of their registration certificate to all clients.

N.B. The annual registration fee is charged, together with category fees, annually at re-registration. The list of names and addresses of companies registered under the Code of Conduct will be available to anyone wishing to consult the list. By returning your completed registration form you are indicating your permission for your your contact details to be included. Inclusion on the list is a condition of compliance.
