I currently work for Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions having worked within the Industrial Water Treatment Industry for 35 years working for the same company through several takeovers and in a number of roles during this period. My core expertise has been developed managing customers Cooling Water Applications and Legionella Compliance in a diverse range of industries covering Power, Steel, Chemical, Automotive, Paper and Food & Beverage.
For the past 5 years my role has been as the Technical Specialist for Legionella Management and Cooling Water Chemical Product support for customers in the UK, Ireland & Nordic. A key aspect of this role is managing and updating the Legionella Business Procedures for the company. In addition, I have been responsible for developing and delivering a range of in house and customer facing Legionella and Cooling Water Chemistry Training courses. The courses delivered have included City & Guilds Assured Training in Legionella Awareness for Duty Holders and named Responsible Persons.
