Company Overview
Building Monitoring Services (BMS) Limited's main business activities are:-
[1] Legionella Risk Assessment Services,
[2] Hot & Cold Water Monitoring and Inspection Services,
[3] Independent Consultancy Services,
[4] Training Services and
[5] Legionella Sampling and Testing Services.
BMS do not provide chemical water treatment, sell chemicals or plant and do not carry out remedial works on water systems.
BMS conduct Legionella risk assessments, prepare schematic drawings, and help to establish site record systems and conduct monitoring & sampling to aid compliance with the HSE's Approved Code of Practice L8 and relevant associated guidance, HSG274, parts 1,2 & 3. BMS also conduct training sessions in Legionella Awareness for Client Management and Site Staff. BMS sub-contract microbiological analysis to UKASaccredited laboratories for the relevant procedures.
BMS are registered under the Quality Management Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015 (QAS International certificate no. A12251), Environmental Standard BS EN ISO 14001-2015 (QAS International Certificate no EN1637) and Health and Safety Standard ISO45001-2018 (QAS International certificate no HS1600).
BMS are also registered with Safecontractor, Safe PQQ, CHAS and Constructionline and satisfy their quality requirements.
