Chiltern Water Limited offer comprehensive and bespoke Water Treatment and Environmental Monitoring services and are committed to provide our clients with the best advice and latest practical solutions in controlling the risks of exposure to Legionella bacteria from water and air systems, and ensuring our clients are in compliance with all current legislations.

The legal responsibilities are identified primarily under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and “The Control of Substance Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002” (COSHH) which relates to the risks from hazardous micro-organisms, including Legionella and chemicals such as biocides and chlorine. Under these regulations risk assessments and the adoption of appropriate precautions are required to be made.
