Company Overview
Green Contract Services (GCS) have a small department to cover legionella control. The legionella service provided only covers domestic water systems for A) legionella risk assessments, and B) the ongoing testing & monitoring. Legionella risk assessments are issued as ‘one-off’ contracts and are not covered in a 1, 2 or 3 year contracts as per other service providers. Testing & monitoring is provided as 1 year contract. The legionella service by GCS is currently carried out by one staff member full time (legionella control manager), and one staff member part time.
GCS are registered with the LCA to carry out the following activities:
- Legionella Risk Assessments for ‘hot & cold water services’, and for ‘process & other water services’:
- Hot & Cold Water Monitoring & Inspections
- Cleaning & Disinfection Services for showers
- Legionella Monitoring ‘sampling'
