Midland Commercial Environmental Services Ltd (M.C.E.S) incorporating Beta Maintenance Services and Pemberton Maintenance Services was originally formed in 1978 to provide high quality maintenance services aligned to consultancy and design support of the maintenance team and the property managers to whom the company is contracted. MCES take the time to understand our clients’ needs and deliver unbiased advice and services that ensure compliance with best practice. With regard to LCA controlled services we operate in the following areas: -
