Company Overview

OCS Technical Services Limited (previously FES FM Ltd) provides Facilities Management (FM) services to our customers. The performance of services is normally governed by a wider FM contract, rather than a contract exclusively designed for the provision of water hygiene services, so our ability to set out LCA requirements within a “Written agreement” is limited to including such in our water system related documents such as risk assessments and written schemes rather than being documented within the FM contract terms.

As part of that wider FM service offering, we provide water hygiene services for domestic and other “Low” to “Medium” risk water systems. Our water services are delivered using a mixture of in-house labour and LCA registered sub-contractors. We subcontract out to other LCA registered service providers water hygiene services for high risk systems such as cooling towers, evaporative condensers etc and also low to medium risk water systems which are geographically problematic for our in-house capability to service. Subcontracted service providers operate under our control (See section 8).

The water hygiene services we provide are those for which we are registered and have applied for specific LCA service categories. These are:

3 Hot and Cold Water Monitoring and Inspection Services (In-house and sub-contracted).

4 Cleaning and Disinfection Services.

4.1 Hot and Cold Water Systems Disinfection (In-house and sub-contracted).

4.2 Evaporative Cooling Systems Cleaning and Disinfection (Sub-contracted).

4.3 Process and Other Systems Cleaning and Disinfection (In-house and sub-contracted).
