Company Overview

Pristine began trading in April 2019. We are part of the Polyteck group of companies that are active in all areas of property development, maintenance and compliance services.  We have some key staff with extensive experience in the water treatment & hygiene industry and we endeavour to maintain high standards in the Legionella Control sector.

Pristine holds LCA registration appropriate to the service categories below. This registration can be verified by visiting the LCA website www.legionellacontrol.org.uk and is also mentioned in our Legionella Control Service Agreements provided to our clients.

We are building a portfolio of public and private sector clients, providing tailored solutions across different types of healthcare premises, educational establishments and commercial facilities nationally. We also carry out sub-contracted works on behalf of M&E companies.
