Pure-Tech UK Ltd was established in 1995 specialising in Air and Water Hygiene Services for commercial and government buildings throughout the UK and the Isle of Man. The core of the business now focuses on identifying and controlling legionella bacteria in the workplace by conducting Legionella Risk Assessments to HSG274 and BS8580:2019 through to all remedial and plumbing works. We support our clients through a dedicated team of risk assessors, water technicians, plumbers and engineers. To help maintain a quality service to our customers, we are accredited to ISO 9001:2015, are members of Safe Contractor, Constructionline, Gas Safe Register, Avetta and are registered with the Legionella Control Association.

Our core business activities consist of the control of legionella bacteria in domestic water systems in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG 274. We specialise in the following areas:

• Risk Assessments to HSG274 and BS8580:2019 and The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999
• Plant and Equipment Services
• Remedial works all carried out to current legislations

• Installing cold water storage cisterns- small plastic through to large sectional GRP cisterns
• Refurbishing/painting/bypassing and upgrading  cold water storage cisterns to current Byelaws
• Installing new water heaters and calorifiers
• General plumbing and gas servicing worksCleaning and disinfecting domestic hot and cold water systems, mains water pipe work, storage cisterns and pulling through to all outlets
• Hot and cold water monitoring and inspections
• Off-site analytical services (microbiological) carried out by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory.
