Company Overview

Retaw Services Ltd (RSL) is a newly formed company, with management that have many years specialising in the provision of services to deliver compliant, effective water hygiene in commercial and industrial buildings. The services for which we have LCA membership include : -

• Water system legionella risk assessment of
• Hot and cold water systems, including healthcare
• Hot & Cold water monitoring & inspection services
• Cleaning and Disinfection services for hot and cold water systems
• Microbiological Sampling, including Legionella
• Legionella Awareness and Operator training services (Sub-contracted)
• Remedial works, refurbishment and service of hot and cold water system components.
• Consultancy Services

Our objective is to ensure we provide these products and services in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

This policy statement has been produced as part of the requirements for membership of the “Legionella Control Association - Code of Conduct for service providers”. The Health & Safety Executive Approved Code of Practice, L8 - Legionnaires’ disease - The control of legionella bacteria in water systems, details the benefits of using registered companies in paragraph 57.
