Riverside Industrial Equipment Ltd are providers of mechanical and electrical services to the property services industry. In addition to mechanical and electrical design, installation and maintenance, our range of services includes the prevention and control of legionella bacteria in domestic hot and cold water systems in commercial and industrial premises in accordance with ACOP L8 and HSG274 Part 2. We do not carry out any legionella related services to healthcare premises, evaporative cooling systems or other risk systems as defined in HSG274 Parts 1 and 3; where necessary clients would be referred to the LCA website for suitably competent service providers. Our range of legionella services for registration with the Legionella Control Association are as follows:
