2021 Code of Conduct and Calibration Guidance Published

19th April 2021 The 2021 LCA Code of Conduct for Members has been published today in the Members’ area of the LCA website ready for it to start to be used from the 1st of July 2021.  Members are encouraged to read this revised code as soon as possible and start to plan any changes that may be needed for their management procedures and statement of compliance.  The LCA webinars on the changes to the code, service delivery standards and other documents are available on the Media page of the LCA

Issued: 08 December 2020 Summary NSF has informed NHSE and I that the RWC 15mm Easifit tee type valve has failed some of the audit performance tests from HTM 04-01-part A:The failures identified during audit testing (changing water supply pressure and stability at reduced flowrate) in that there are two instances where the mixed water temperature is recorded as being 3.4°C above the maximum permitted value for shower outlets with the test value recorded as being 45.4°C.
